THE Goolwa beach house – nestled beautifully into pristine sand dunes – hovering in the landscape – a sensational sustainable seaside retreat awaits!

Architecturally designed and built by well-known architect Steve Grieve and his wife Christine, the home was created and built to maximise the relationship with the wonderful landscape.

Situated in the dress circle of Goolwa South, on a well-established and most effectively utilized 696 sqm (approx.) block, with views forever over the Goolwa Beach sand dunes and toward the Murray from the front deck, every room has a beautiful outlook.

This incredible home, just 8 years young,  features:

A large open plan dining/family room opening to 2 huge decks – one facing the dunes, the other overlooking Goolwa and the Murray

A gourmet’s kitchen with a 1200 mm gas stove, dishwasher, loads of pantry and bench space opening to the living area.

Four cavernous bedrooms , 3 with built in wardrobes – the fourth able to be converted to an extra living room if required.

A superb downstairs billiard/play room

2 “family sized” bathrooms – 1 on each level

A beautifully fitted laundry – with nice touches like a built-in ironing board!

There is excellent cross ventilations, and the house orientated to make the most of the sun’s movement.

The beach house is so well positioned directly on the magnificent Goolwa Beach dunes, the South Lakes Golf Club over the road, and the mighty Murray for other aquatic fun is so close by! It is about half way in between Bombora Café on the beach, and Bombora Café on the on the river…..what a choice!
