With all the properties we have bought and sold over the past 25 years, this would have to be the easiest and quickest sale. No hassle with open inspections with people coming and going just for a nosey, everyone was screened before viewing our house. We loved the fact that we were well informed prior to and after each inspection with plenty of notice to prepare before viewing.
